The Roasted Pepper is a bona fide Italian dining experience. The restaurant comes alive and has a life of its own; you never know what will happen! The nights are all different: some are quiet and romantic and some are loud and exciting; it all depends on the crowd. But the ambiance is not the only reason people stand in line to get in – it's the food. The food is what we have always been about. Since 1995, we have been serving consistently fresh and exciting Italian dishes.
Frank and Penny Dias, always being the entertaining couple, are excited about being able to meet and greet their guests, friends, and family on a daily basis. We as a family are in love with food and with that passion, we bring it to you with every dish and every visit.
The staff at The Roasted Pepper is committed to making your dining experience one that you deserve and expect. From the moment you are greeted, to the good-bye at the door, we want you to be excited about being part of our family. You know the old story: if we do not know it is broken, how can we fix it?
There are a few things that we want you to be aware of here at The Roasted Pepper. This is no fast food Italian wanna be; this is the real deal. Every dinner is made to order. We do not have the three M's – Microwave in the kitchen, Margarine, and MSG, We fry only in Trans fat free oil too. When you sit for dinner and the place is packed, please be patient and enjoy your company. You can bet we are working as fast as we can to get you the very best Italian food, not the pre fixed meal at your local chain restaurant.
